Reach Beyond Marketing works directly with a variety of clients in fields such as medical aesthetic, health and wellness, and non-profit organizations. The ideal candidate must be organized, creative, and highly-motivated. This position will require the candidate to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments. Marketing Communications Manager
Reach Beyond Marketing is seeking an individual that will wow our clients with their personality and diligence. The focus of the position is marketing communications coordination. We are seeking someone with a 4-year degree in marketing and relevant experience in communications, advertising or public relations.
Duties and requirements of the position:
- Build, strengthen and maintain client relationships.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans in accordance with clients’ goals.
- Become the liaison between our clients and our team to plan and implement marketing programs.
- Work with the client and your fellow team members to ensure client deadlines are being met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client/internal issues.
- The role requires an understanding and/or experience of working on retail marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional marketing.
- Analyze and present monthly metrics and report to clients, making recommendations for modification to the marketing plan as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3+ years advertising agency experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of print, email, digital marketing and creative processes.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with an ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills may be required.
- Must have strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
